On July 22 we met with our newest friends, Deanna Harrington and Scott Pribble, Life Safety Educators for the Arvada Fire District. We delivered 38 snuggle quilts for distribution to their emergency units. In addition to the snuggle quilts, Arvada Fire already outfitted their units with small soft bears, each dressed in an Arvada Fire t-shirt, to help children in crisis. Arvada Fire has eight fire stations and six ambulance units (four active in service and two unstaffed on stand-by). We look forward to continuing our partnership with Arvada in the years ahead.
