With the summer coming to an end it seems that some of the FHQ members are taking final vacations for the season. Even though we had fewer members at the sew days, we still had 85 quilts turned it. We are already at a total of 895 quilts for 2018! Everyone should be so proud of what we are accomplishing for children in crisis who will receive our quilts. We did see four fun Halloween quilts during the bed turning. These quilts will be donated to the Highlands Ranch Therapeutic group dance in October.
The second sew day in August was the final one we will have at Shiloh House. Our thanks goes out to them for giving us a location to call home for nearly two years. It is with much gratitude that we thank them for allowing us to have a location to meet for our quilting sew days.
