Four Firehouse Quilts members recently delivered 31 quilts to Craig Hospital. The colorful quilts amazed the volunteer manager and patients. We were given a tour of the rehab center, which was busy with patients and therapists. We were even able to hand out 6 quilts to patients or family members who were supporting their loved ones. The smiles of appreciation made us anxious to get to our sewing machines to make more quilts.
