A generous donation of fabrics, tops, books and patterns was received at the October 5, 2017 sew day. The members felt like Christmas had arrived early and were busy sorting through everything for over an hour. There were nearly ten beautiful tops that will easily be completed and can then be donated to children in crisis. There was also yards and yards of lovely fabrics that will make many more quilts in the future. A huge thanks goes to the Lusby family for making this nice donation.
There were nine Halloween quilts and six large glow in the dark bags turned in that will go to the Highlands Ranch therapeutic dance on Halloween. The membership has made over 30 quilts for this dance once again this year. Now they must concentrate on the 120 quilts needed for Shiloh House during the Christmas season.
