When a recent delivery of 57 quilts was made to Help and Hope (formerly the Task Force) in Castle Rock, we learned that they had only one quilt left in their supply. The donated quilts from Firehouse Quilts are handed out to new mothers for their babies. The mothers are struggling to provide for their children because of economic difficulties. They receive counseling through Hope and Help and are pointed in the right direction to receive assistance for their infants. Jenni, Rebecca, and Jen were so excited to receive the quilts that they opened all of the large bags to see many of the beautifully made quilts. This thankful group of women help their clients with housing/utility vouchers, clothing, food, toys, and employment searches. Jacque S is thankful for the assistance she received from Sarah Z with making this donation.
