On August 16th, 81 quilts were donated to Catholic Charities in Castle Rock. This delivery will be shared with the Colorado Springs agency also. In addition to the quilts there were twelve crocheted baby hats and three receiving blanket/burp cloth sets donated. Catholic Charities helps the most in need by building strong families and putting people on the path from crisis to stability. Programs that they offer help their clients to find solutions to homelessness, health issues, domestic violence, pregnancy and adoption, and proper nutrition and food supply. It’s always a delight to see the joy on the faces of Paul and Katie when the quilts are delivered. This delivery was made by Sarah Z and Jacque S.
